The Active Plus service is a very compassionate service run by incredibly dedicated volunteers who also work hard to fund raise in an increasingly challenging economic climate.
Active Plus helps those who have had an accident, injury or need help with post-operative recovery. As well as general assistance to help maintain your independence. All Proceeds from equipment hires are donated to Fraser Coast Palliative Care which aims to provide at home comfort to terminal patients.
Items such as electronic adjustable beds and chairs are delivered to around 1500 people a year throughout the Wide Bay so loved ones are better equipped to provide the necessary support from home.
